Company history
1971
The STADLER® company was established by Johann Stadler.
1975
Whereas leather and lambskin clothing had been manufactured until now in the fashion sector, leather motorcycle clothing now supplements the product range.
1990
An additional collection of textile motorcycle clothing is created.
1991
STADLER® KG obtains its GORE-TEX®licence for the Authorities segment.
1996
Hans Jürgen Stadler, the second generation of the family, joins the company. GORE-TEX® is used for the first time in the civilian segment.
2007
Hans Jürgen Stadler assumes control of the company. STADLER® KG becomes a GmbH (limited company). The company opens its own production facility in Eastern Europe.
2013
STADLER® invests 2.8 million euros in the modernisation and enlargement of its factory in Aidenbach. 4500 square metres are now at the company's disposal, including warehouse areas. There are currently 42 employees in Aidenbach and a further 30 at the factory in Croatia.
